IN MEMORIAM
Q.         Who would have been the first ever American League pitcher ever to throw two no-hitters in one season had it not just been done the year before?
Hint:     He is the only pitcher to lead the American League in shutouts for both the Tigers and the White Sox.
Hint:     Pitching 237 innings for the Analusia Bulldogs of the D-level Alabama-Florida League, he struck out an outstanding 420 batters.
