-  Ans.  He stirred more than that!  Jackson was born in Wyncote, Pennsylvania, a suburb north of Philadelphia.

-  #1  The years after he retired from playing, Jackson lost almost three dozen classic cars in a collection he had built over several years when a fire destroyed a garage housing them and the vehicles.

-  #2  The world today uses the Gregorian calendar, a solar calendar introduced in 1582 by Pope Gregory XIII, thus “Mr. October”, the month of the World Series, an event in which Jackson excelled.
